I’ll be hosting a FREE 3 hour workshop on Anger and Your Mental Health. This intense workshop is loaded with useful information on understand the root sources of anger and how you can manage it with some simple and easy steps to use. And don’t worry, we won’t be screaming into pillows or using punching bags!

Monday, March 19, 2018 (SFU Surrey, BC)

I will be the Keynote Speaker on the topic of “Anger and Your Mental Health” – I’ll also include a reading from my book “Living with the Dragon – Healing 15 000 Days of Abuse and Shame.” You won’t want to miss this!

Hosted by Moving Forward Family Services, in conjunction with SFU and promoted by CMHA BC, this FREE event will include an afternoon and evening of Arts and Entertainment based on the theme of Mental Health Awareness. Performances and activities include: The Therapeutic Value of Bhangra Dance, Neuromuscular Integrative Action Dance, Mindfulness Exercises, Drawings and Art Displays by artists with lived experience of mental illness.
