30 minutes of Parenting with PTSD

According to the World Health Organization, 1 in 4 adults were physically abused as children. It’s a staggering statistic that doesn’t get enough attention – it’s not often newsworthy or popularized in social media or by celebrities, however the alarming number is a continuing concern for generations to follow. In my interview with Parenting with PTSD, I openly talk about my personal experiences of abuse which led to mental health struggles as an adult, primarily with depression, anxiety and anger.
